ADAPTIVE SWIM INSTRUCTOR

DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Adaptive Swim Instructor to join our team. This role involves providing individualized swim instruction and water safety skills to individuals with disabilities, such as autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, and developmental delays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with individuals with disabilities and a deep understanding of evidence-based practices. Aquatic background preferred.

HOURS: Looking for someone who can work August-May. Swim lessons are provided in the Tuesday and Thursday, Friday afternoons 3:00pm-7:00pm as well as Saturday and Sunday.

TRAINING: Level 1 Swim Whispers Training through Swim Angelfish and CPR training is required prior to start date. Reimbursements of certifications upon successful completion available.

HOURLY RATE: starting at $25.00 per hour

BENEFITS: Sick time and up to 3% retirement contribution match available.

I Can Swim, LLC will provide uniform to employees prior to start date.
