ADAPTIVE SWIM INSTRUCTOR

DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Adaptive Swim Instructor to join our team. This role involves providing individualized swim instruction and water safety skills to individuals with disabilities, such as autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, and developmental delays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with individuals with disabilities and a deep understanding of evidence-based practices. Aquatic background preferred.

HOURS: Looking for someone who can work year-round. Swim lessons are provided Monday-Friday 12:30pm-6:30pm, Saturday and Sundays

TRAINING: Level 1 Swim Whispers Training through Swim Angelfish (14 hours), Starfish Aquatic Training (8 hours) and CPR/ First Aid( 4 hours) are all required prior to in water training( minimum 8 hours). Trainings are paid at $20.00 hour training rate.

HOURLY RATE: Once certified $25.00 per hour.

BENEFITS: Sick time and up to 3% retirement contribution match available.

I Can Swim, LLC will provide uniform to employees prior to start date.
